Although during the exercises the breast muscles were stretching and it felt good although the girls are having these sensitive parts and it was hard and painting but I hope it will work in 30 days...because everything takes its time........THANKYOU and I am a girl only 13 years thoughI love that the app demonstrates the exercises with pictures and descriptions.

And i have several ๐Yes there is no proper instructions given on excersise even its difficult to figure out the exercise properly from the picture but the excersise which are understandable are pretty effective in the concerned areas.....kindly upgrade your app with more specifications and set of new excersise every 2 weeks and then repeat...Today, was my first day of this workout...though I can not say anything related to my breast right now there must be only a little change.
3. I'm loving it and it's FREE!The exercises not difficult to do and I wish the results in upcoming days will be goodConvenient and has timer, but it's the same exercises every day.
4. Also, no way to adjust starting measurements.Not difficult to practice so far so good ๐Its been awesome, found it really helpful and fabulous.
5. I feel the burn and if i don't feel like it's enough; i can change the number of reps, order of the exercises, and different categories such as tightening, lifting ect.
6. I also like that it has a timer for each move, and keeps track of your workouts and measurements.Its a nice app only that I wish it had days and the work out are a bit too eat also.
7. The best thing about this app is it was free and all the exercises were available which are supposed to be helpful.
8. It keeps tracking the calorie loss which is really good and helpful though.Absolute free.
9. You can customize it yourself by selecting or deselecting individual exercises in the set each time, but it would be nice if it did that automatically.
10. I've been doing this routine for a week now, and I've seen good results.
11. I think I'll add more reps for quicker results.
