1. I may subscribe to their paid version, or the paid versions on other apps, if it's worth doing, and would have considered subscribing to yours had it not been for the truly abysmal customer service.Amazing app and concept! Been using it for years to keep track of progress, very supportive/upbeat community, can build your own personal workout, follow workout challenge set up by the community, upload photos etc.
2. **It does glitch when I tap the demo vids of the exercises oftenI have been using this app for years despite some issues (skipping sets, crashing, audio cutting out halfway through my workout.) But hey, it was free! I'm disappointed that they've started charging for the app.
3. One day, I logged on and found that I wasn't able to access my custom made workouts, and through a lengthy email chain, discovered that they are revoking the free memberships for their "valued" long time users.
4. I paid for the monthly subscription because I wanted to see how it's like for 30 days, but because I cancelled the automatic renewal, it locked me out of it and I had no access to the workouts.
5. I cannot access or use most of the features I paid for, including creating my own workouts which is what mainly wanted it for.
6. There are plenty of free apps on the market that work better than this. You cannot click on individual workout moves or the app will crash everytime.
7. During the time I was unable to access my workouts, I actually found another app that enabled me to create workouts - for free.
8. I emailed developer and asked what the difference is between the free app and paid app (which is expensive) and got no answer.
9. But since then (about 2 years now) there has always been an issue with accessing the workouts, with no feasible long- term solution.
10. If you use it for free, it seems to work totally fine.I was thrilled with this app for years.
11. If you do a workout plan, a voice doesnt tell you when youre starting and stopping or what move youre switching to, so you constantly have to unlock your phone.
