Used to love being a member of this credit union, not so much anymore :(Great app, always works perfectly, great user friendly interface, good online banking features!When using Apps the best are easy to navigate, SFFCU is not just easy to navigate but to operate for Senior'sclean and easy to navigate UI.ok am NOT tech savvy and this app is extremely easy for me to work and understand and when there is an issue Support is minutes away weather chatting or via phone call.

Thanks SF Fire!Would be nice to be able to edit checks deposited by phone to show the payers name for recordkeeping purposes since images are no longer accessible...otherwise it is great!..after several months with new system I agree with many others thst the old system was far better! I like to have acess to check images and be able to edit transaction information.

1. Fix SF Fire CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SF Fire CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SF Fire CU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SF Fire CU" » Open SF Fire CU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SF Fire CU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SF Fire CU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SF Fire CU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SF Fire CU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SF Fire CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SF Fire CU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SF Fire CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SF Fire CU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SF Fire CU not working
