1. I had to find a POS stand to withdraw cash in order to pay for my order when I couldn't find a way to do so through the app.You guy's should just close this app down so useless and rubbish,I have loan offer of 43,000 I've been trying to take the loan over 5 month won't gree to submit the loan for me I've send a lot of message to customer service no response,so if to say na someone who's try to access my account and I need help na so you guys won't reply over 4 month till now so useless and stupid appTruly this app has gone from being among the best to the worst.

My money is still stuck and displaying "in progress" for 48hrs +.This app was working perfectly before but I don't know what went wrong, I decided to update it and I was logged out and uptill now, I can't get logged back in, it kept saying invalid captcha or something, even when entering the email or phone number, I Will have to enter it multiple times, it will load and won't move forward, you need to work on this, I am really disappointedIt's been a wonderful experience using the services provided and transacting with JumiaPay.

You really need to reconsider this, Jumia!!I don't have any good experience I've tried logging in thousand times,I cannot pay ,it's not even logging me in..the pop up is annoying.due to this,the item I wanted to purchase was sold... please fix thisI applied for a loan it was successful, but I didn't receive the the money.

4. I need the money like now now... I saw that I can take 30,000 but the issue I described, keeps happening for more than 3weeks nowPaying for orders on delivery using JumiaPay doesn't f-ing work! There's literally no option for it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JumiaPay Issues

1. Fix JumiaPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JumiaPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JumiaPay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JumiaPay" » Open JumiaPay - Pay Safe, Pay Easy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JumiaPay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JumiaPay - Pay Safe, Pay Easy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JumiaPay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JumiaPay - Pay Safe, Pay Easy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JumiaPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JumiaPay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JumiaPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JumiaPay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JumiaPay not working


2. Fix JumiaPay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JumiaPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JumiaPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JumiaPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Please assist deleting my JumiaPay and Jumia accounts since I did not create it, just received an email to confirm my registration and I am struggling to delete the accounts.
