1. It takes ages to process an order and have it delivered, and most times, the orders are cancelled due to "unavailable riders." Oh well, we might close up if you can't go back to how your brand was when you started or if you can't take feedback.PLEASE NOTE: I have tried to clear my cache and data severally and upon signing in, it keeps reloading the page and still would not work.
2. The is a UX flaw... The UX department should look into this.It doesn't work, I select the items, input or the data, address, phone, select payment method, and gives me an error that the system is not available at the moment, months already, Installed and uninstalled many times, never work.
3. Using competitors with prime delivery now, thanks Jumia for pushing me away!This is the worst app ever, I placed an order 3 times and I was debited 3 times aswell but they cancelled all my orders and i never got my money back even on my jumia food wallet.
4. Created the account with one phone number but then changed it after a few weeks... and drivers get given a truncated old number that doesn't work and they can't contact me upon arrival.
5. Chat page doesn't work, no real number to call.
6. The app could use a little bit more work but overall it's a good experience I'd recommend itThe app doesn't show details of the meal.
7. Reaching an agent takes hours.This app needs to overhaul its order process.

Honestly very disappointed and hurt by that outcome.The app itself is really glitchy and can be frustrating to deal with at times, but the customer service somewhat makes up for it, really nice and they own up to their mistakes and compensate you accordingly without you even having to contact them.
10. It doesn't work.You guys seem to have lost your touch.
11. Then the vendor declines the order after payment and I'm now owed a refund for more than 3 weeks when it's clearly not my fault.
