Why should I report an Issue with SAP Business ByDesign Mobile?

This becomes a bummer especially when you'd like to refer to other documents in order to confirm details of your times before entering them.Why is the app asking to download "major" update every time I start the app? Shouldn't the update be managed by the Play Store? I let it download, it looks like it's updating and then goes to the main page.

2. You don't have to make my work exp worse than it already is.I cant use properly as everytime I open the app, it asks me enter the URL, the waiting for a major update that never ends, it causing irritating then helpingI keep getting asked to download an update of 21mb every time i open the app.

10. I tried both Android and Apple.I just move to another app in one phone for a second, but this app is always asking to relogin which is anoying and inefficient.

1. Fix SAP Business ByDesign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SAP Business ByDesign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SAP Business ByDesign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SAP Business ByDesign" » Open SAP Business ByDesign Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SAP Business ByDesign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SAP Business ByDesign Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SAP Business ByDesign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SAP Business ByDesign Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SAP Business ByDesign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SAP Business ByDesign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SAP Business ByDesign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SAP Business ByDesign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SAP Business ByDesign not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SAP Business ByDesign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SAP Business ByDesign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SAP Business ByDesign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
