1. If it wasn't the required site for work travel, I'd delete it in a heartbeat.While it is nice to have a few of the features with you while you're on the go, the app feels very old, moves very slowly, and makes entering data very tedious.

2. If I say April 10th the app changes it to April 11th and if I forget to correct it by writing in the wrong date or correcting it on desktop my expense report gets rejected.

3. The interface is so bad that it must be intentionally designed to be hard to use: The categories are opaque, some features work on the app but not the web site, others work on the web site but not the app.

4. Still giving three stars because it's useable, not much more.In app camera is horrible (no focus, blurry, and dark), and with zero features that are needed for scanning documents (e.g., cropping and adjusting).

1. Fix SAP Concur Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SAP Concur: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SAP Concur App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SAP Concur" » Open SAP Concur » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SAP Concur » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SAP Concur app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SAP Concur servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SAP Concur" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SAP Concur app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SAP Concur might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SAP Concur. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SAP Concur then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SAP Concur not working

2. Fix SAP Concur Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SAP Concur be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SAP Concur not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SAP Concur may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
