SAP Ariba Procurement Customer Insights

1. It makes no sense why it can't remember the same cell phone I've been using for more than 2 years. Why does it say I need to turn on the screen lock before using the app? And I did turn it on but it isn't working.

2. I log into my account, and it keeps asking for a "one time password" but there's no clue of where that password is supposed to be found.Good to use and very easy, want to share one point that , if approver insert option available in this mobile app will be good.

3. It's a good app overall but has a few bugs here and there (not a big deal though)The app has forever been saying "turn on to screen locker" and only gives an option for OK.

4. Please fix this. This is a poor application, screen scrolling does not allow you to edit all fields on the requisition.

5. Poor performance of one of the biggest companies in the world...The app is very limited, has integration and design issues.Such a waste product from SAP.

6. That forces me to log into my work laptop, go to the site, and reauthorize my cell phone.

7. It's nice when it's working, however it does its "update" way too often and logs me out.

8. The function does not work the same as the cloud client.

9. I've had to do this countless times, negating the benefit of approving purchases remotely.

10. This is my kind suggestion.Great to have Ariba on mobile.

11. The whole purpose of the app for me is to be able to use it remotely.
