Like probably many suppliers, I'm forced to use Ariva by a few clients, and this is an absolute nightmare in yerms of everything : UI, functional, technical,.. has anyone seriously tested the experience in real life ?Why can't the web version be this easy to use and find things... found all the issues I had been having with the web version easily accessed and corrected with the aplMy first login is OK but am unable to login afterthen.

2. Only shows recent items, making it worse than their windows version.Wont login, only over web... The takes 24 hours to refresh new orders... Badically is the same as a guy bringing a piece of paper by hand, wont make things faster nor easier than 1990 programs.Used this app for ages and worked well.

3. And take long time to login and checking on progress.I honestly thought SAP couldn't provide any worst experience than Concur 😤 (be it on mobile app or web).
