Client Access Customer Insights

1. It won't even let me login, just keeps saying my info doesn't match their records, yet I enter the same info in the web portal and can login just fine...Fingerprint issue fixed in the new version but now they have disabled screenshots, I need to be able to take screenshots, it should be up to me if I want to be able to do that or not.

2. Frustrating app!!! Regardless of how many times of trying to set up the fingerprint scan option, it doesn't work and I get and error it isn't working.

3. So damn frustrating to have to reenter this info over and over again, and to have features shown that clearly do not work.Does not seem like there is any work being done on this app.

4. Needs more work.Very much like the reworked UI! One small suggestion: Replace the double bar to the right of each account to a brighter-colored "greater than" right-facing arrowhead.

5. But now the fingerprint sensor doesn't work again.

6. Human Factors fail.Finally updated!!! Fingerprint access works now.

7. The fingerprint bug is the most common complaint here, but still hasn't been addressed even though it has been a problem for a while.

8. They have published a new version recently but only state "bugfixes and other updates" without listing details.

9. Rinse lather repeat.Great that it shows my balances, but I can't get to the Vault, Documents, which I need.

10. You can at least show us that this app is still being developed by listing what you have fixed or improved.

11. Works flawlessly now, nice UI, clean and readable displays.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Client Access Issues

1. Fix Client Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Client Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Client Access App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Client Access" » Open Client Access » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Client Access » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Client Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Client Access servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Client Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Client Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Client Access might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Client Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Client Access then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Client Access not working


2. Fix Client Access Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Client Access be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Client Access not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Client Access may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
