1. For one lately the messages have no been loading for hours after the message is sent, they should also add more macros at this point, it has trouble finding screenshots to upload when scanning documents and the prime portal page especially the payroll page needs to be formatted better for mobile devices.

2. Honestly the app is more annoying than it is useful because of these issues.location data being required uses battery and causes some issue with being able to use the app even if not driving.

3. Prime Mobile asks for your location for use (as far as I can tell) in order to ensure drivers aren't using their phones while driving and is of course connected with your electronic log driving status to keep it legal.

4. Some reviewers state that in-app qualcomm macro support is redundant, but being able to send macros in an arguably faster fashion than through qualcomm interfaces is a big plus if you have a newer model phone.

5. beyond that it's incredibly useful for prime drivers and if it didn't have the location issue not allowing access at all during powersaving mode with location off, it would rank 5 stars.At first the app was very annoying.

6. I get the whole not texting while driving however you need to allow us to atleast read the directions to the customer on the load information screen.

7. Good work!is not fully supported by the full staff, especially road assist, they want a message through the qualcomm vs a much easier to use app, arrivals, departs do not always hit the system, sometimes takes more than an hour to hit.

8. Swipe back left to get back to the 01.App worked great until about a week ago, it's been glitching for the proposed loads option.

9. And that's being able to switch from message to message while you're already in the messages without having to back out to select another.

10. It's fairly easy to use and makes our job that much more efficient.Very useful when on the road, especially when you want to send documents (better than having to make a stop at a travel plaza to use a Tranflow).

11. Only way I've been able to get into the load options is to uninstall it and reinstall it and then it's like it should be.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Prime Issues

1. Fix Prime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Prime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Prime App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Prime" » Open Prime Mobile - Prime Inc. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Prime » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Prime Mobile - Prime Inc. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Prime servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Prime Mobile - Prime Inc." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Prime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Prime might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Prime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Prime then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Prime not working


2. Fix Prime Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Prime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Prime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Prime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
