1. NOTHING no call no fixes.Yes! what I love the most is there's a constant update to accommodate making business so much easier and with the change of passwords that's required every certain amount of months make me feel comfortable knowing that my clients info and my own is safe.

2. The fact ALL busniess can be done through a mobile device is amazing! No longer do I have to carry my laptop everywhere! Definitely worth the $25 monthly for usa or $28 monthly for Canada!!!I also had a problem after the update of getting an "invalid request".

3. It's all connected.03/2020 UPDATED REVIEW: App works most of the time a provides easy access to almost everything the desktop version does.

4. At this juncture, I refuse to waste time in calling technical support because I do not, will not, and shall not be on hold for a whole album cover to play through.

5. The only time you cant get in the app is when its updating(which dont take all day) or when your POL requires a password change, than you can login your app.

6. Usually end up logging into the desktop version because the app isn't working.Useless, this app opens to a blank screen.

7. When this app is working it is Amazing, but unfortunately the update, made it not work anymore for me.

8. Yet when I try to access it, it comes up as a blank screen after loading up.

9. So I logged in on desk top view on a regular chrome tab and new password was needed since due to 30day reset.

10. Has some small bugs here and there however the tech support team is insanely great and supportive.

11. If it doesn't get fixed I have to uninstall it for good and that is not good for business (on both sides).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Primerica App Issues

1. Fix Primerica App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Primerica App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Primerica App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Primerica App" » Open Primerica App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Primerica App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Primerica App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Primerica App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Primerica App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Primerica App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Primerica App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Primerica App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Primerica App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Primerica App not working


2. Fix Primerica App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Primerica App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Primerica App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Primerica App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
