1. Working single moms, that are pretty app savy have no time to try to save money by spending time trying to find a coupon, or an item.

2. Depending how busy I am it can take an extra day just to figure out the total including the digital deals and buy 5 get $1 off.Apr 10, 2019 - Weekly ad print view no longer works.

3. It can take up to 5 minutes just to find add a coupon from the weekly ad.My items will be randomly deleted or even duplicated.

4. It seems there is always a problem bringing up the digital coupons..every darn week! It seems the only way to see them is to scan the qr code...so what happens when there is no paper ad with the code.

5. I've been using this app for 3 years & once a week for those three years... That said, there seems to aways be some kind of loading issue.

9. Not sure who you're trying to appeal to with that - the 'club crowd'? My Pick 'n Save shopping experience is more often than not REALLY frustrating on so many different levels.Overall I like the app.

10. I don't order my groceries for delivery or pick up so I can't rate that aspect, but if I lived closer to another store this wouldn't be my choice.

11. But if I want to save money in your over priced stores I have to use it! The music that plays when the ad comes up for this and through other apps I use is absolutely ridiculous & incredibly annoying.

1. Fix Pick 'n Save Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pick 'n Save: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pick 'n Save App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pick 'n Save" » Open Pick 'n Save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pick 'n Save » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pick 'n Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pick 'n Save servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pick 'n Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pick 'n Save app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pick 'n Save might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pick 'n Save. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pick 'n Save then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pick 'n Save not working

2. Fix Pick 'n Save Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pick 'n Save be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pick 'n Save not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pick 'n Save may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
