1. If something is unavailable it seems they don't try very hard to find any substitutions.So many continuous issues with this app! And beware... if something isn't available in the store, they'll charge you for it and hold your money for weeks!currently unable to print receipts for pick up order.
2. The order substitution option has stopped working now as well, so I often can't approve substitutions.Update: The app is no longer crashing so I increased my rating by a star, however now I am unable to view my fuel rewards points.
3. I am a Bakers pickup regular however, in the last few months I have had issues with selecting multiples of items (six bananas, four crowns of broccoli, etc) just to arrive home and find I've only been given one.
4. With the ability to search for select items or shop by department, every experience has been nothing short of excellent.
5. When I do place an order it immediately goes into a status that says the order is being shopped and it will not let me add remove or edit any items on the order.
6. The pick up method runs smoothly as well, you just notify them what stall you are parked in, and a few minutes later you have someone bringing out your order.
7. and the app glitches anyway, it doesn't have an order again item even though I've used the app for several years and it worked before.Wish during delivery orders you could contact them.
8. I still like to go in person every now and then, but for the most part, online pick up has become The way my wife and I grocery shop now.force me to place a review, get a bad review.
9. App updated on 3/14/23 and now I cannot even type into the search bar to search for items to add to my cart.
10. I don't feel it fair to tout the functionality without providing the functionGreat app....sometimes. I use this app weekly to order groceries for my family.
11. It makes reordering items we purchase weekly/frequently much quicker to add to my shopping list.
