1. only problem I have with it is that the shipping costs almost total the amount of the purchase!!! if they were to change that 1 thing I would give it a 10 Hands Down!!! Haven't ordered yet but when I do I'll update!! Great place to get things at a great Price!! On some idems shipping is way Slow other than that it's a Great place to shop!!! Seems like the more money and stuff you buy you either don't get what you Ordered!!!Bad experience... When you fined something you want the price is just right and then they hit you with delivery charge then it takes about a month for your items to get to you.

2. If your question is not there it S.O.L. I waited for an item and I came incomplete and all they did was a refund... Now I have to wait another month to get my item.I use this app to purchase very specific items, it's taken some time & a few dollars, but I've learned to maximize my savings this way.

3. How are you going to block me when I was sent the wrong item.I just noticed how much I was actually charged, I can guarantee I looked at the shipping price before I placed the order because it is a scam.

1. Fix Wish Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wish: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wish App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wish" » Open Wish: Shop and Save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wish » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wish: Shop and Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wish servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wish: Shop and Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wish app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wish might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wish. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wish then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wish not working

2. Fix Wish Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wish be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wish not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wish may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
