1. Maybe they're waiting to send me customer returns.The app is good, but the user experience is terrible! How come you launch a sale, and you display products completely out of stock at the top of the page?The app keeps cracking ..and I can't log into my account though I'm writing the right email and passwordNothing is working not your website nor the app everywhere i click it says zero search results or zero products .... u need to have a look at both website and app specifically now that people want to purchase before eid...u r losing a lot moneyDislike the app and the total website change.

I have been using the app long time , after recent update app is not supporting and i can see no product only in the list and not able to login even provided correct ID AND PP.The app is okay overall but it's really frustrating when it doesn't indicate if products are out of stock unless you click on the product!After having such a disgusting experience in 2021 when they sent me unsealed, used and damaged products and refused to refund me claiming the 3 day return period had expired, I decided to give them another try and ordered on their app.
