1. I haven't ordered any big things such as dresses or electronics so I can't vouch for those but there's lots of amazing and cheap jewelry to choose from and I've had little trouble getting high or reasonable quality things.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joom. Shopping" » Open Joom. Shopping for every day » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joom. Shopping » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Joom. Shopping for every day app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joom. Shopping servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joom. Shopping for every day" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Joom. Shopping app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Joom. Shopping might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Joom. Shopping. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Joom. Shopping then reinstall.
