1. Second, you can't change the location of a contact because you think people stay in one location their whole lives? Nobody changes homes? Or goes to work? And by far the worst thing is customer service! It took ages before they understood that my number or tracking isn't helpful because I can't make the order because I can't change the location! In the end when I asked do you know how the app works, he said no.

2. I was meant to send cookies to a friend, and now they have to go in the bin!phone number verification process never took place and i never got to experience this service due to technical issues within app, contacted their customer support and adressed the issue.

3. Staff are very unhelpful and pick up scheduling is such a task! If there is an issue with the application how are people suppose to schedule a pickup! 2 days im trying to schedule a pick up with no result.. sorry but u cannot just depend on an app if it is not up to the efficencyThe most horrible, unprofessional service I have ever encountered.

4. Theres also an option to send a message to the delivery guy, but you cant click send?! Unhappy with the app and service.The app and the customer service used to be much better.

5. They never try to call me to schedule the delivery and rather they provide a link to go to their website to update the location and eventually I had to download this app and update my details on it since their website was not providing that option.

6. Fetchr has no idea how their app works👏So the the App keeps giving error during the process of confirming the date and time for the delivery.

7. Secondly, after going through the tedious process as mentioned above, the delivery driver was chosen incorrectly not once but twice hence NO delivery till now.

8. This is very unprofessional and I never experienced this with any other service providerI'm just reviewing the app (the service started bad but still I'm hopeful for my delivery).

9. I was credited from my account for a pick up service I requested that did not happen.

10. I booked my delivery 36 hours in advance, and waited from 9-6 on the day of the pick up with no information and no notifications whatsoever.

11. But I received some messages from fetchr that the delivery couldn't be completed because of the location.

1. Fix Fetchr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fetchr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fetchr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fetchr" » Open Fetchr - Pickup & Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fetchr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fetchr - Pickup & Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fetchr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fetchr - Pickup & Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fetchr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fetchr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fetchr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fetchr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fetchr not working

2. Fix Fetchr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fetchr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fetchr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fetchr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
