1. I've tried lots of shopping apps and this one has by far the best features, but I could only give it three stars because it crashes frequently.you can "clip coupon" to "print at home" but theres literally no print function so basically this app is completely useless other than being able to view multiple flyers in one app.This app regarding coupons has the same coupons on for such a long time they need to change them more often.

2. Why not have a scan system within the app and then a cash back method of repaying the customer? Tried to print four coupons and one of them came up as 'printed', even though it didn't.

3. They don't even display any of the flyers for the major grocery chains! This useless app needs to be removed from the Play Store.

4. Won't allow to even do it again...It's not clear where the featured products to redeem are located and I have some overlap on text when I search results are displayed.

5. The flyers are ok it's the search feature and how it is displayed which needs work.

6. Still navigating my way through it but it's not awesome.Love the features of this app - the ability to print my list, export my list to a text file, save favourites.

7. When I do actually get a random prompt to take a picture of a receipt, it fails; submit receipt, says please wait, after 10 minutes, press again, then says failed.

8. When the display results are displayed the font is over taking the pictures and it's too cluttered.

9. They keep the same ones on for over a month or more, come on mix it up and change them every week its terribleThe app freezes often and I get a message that it has stopped responding even when I don't have the app open.

1. Fix Save.ca Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Save.ca: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Save.ca App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Save.ca" » Open Save.ca » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Save.ca » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Save.ca app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Save.ca servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Save.ca" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Save.ca app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Save.ca might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Save.ca. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Save.ca then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Save.ca not working

2. Fix Save.ca Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Save.ca be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Save.ca not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Save.ca may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
