1. When I click on order it brings up a page that gives amount, delivery info and says "order pending." Doesn't show items ordered or bring up search box for new items.
2. Also kinda is a bummer when you order it says it's in stock but in actuality is isn't and the food isn't delivered.There are no pictures of items, making it much harder to make sure you're getting the right product.
3. Give your phone to the cashier but then others wait.Its okay, it allows you to handle 1 specific task unfortunately, if I need to modify my order once its placed, I'm out of luck and that seems, counter productive.
4. The whole point of using the Drive Up & Go option is to be convenient to me, but when you tell me my next option for pickup isnt for another 4 hours, how in the f*** is that convenient? If I want to drive up and go, I'm looking to get it soon.
5. Also gave a $10 tip for getting only half of my order! Please save yourself hours on the phone with customer service and go somewhere else.Unfortunately I have to give only 1 star because of an issue I believe has nothing to do with the app itself.
6. Order has anyways been delivered in time frame.
7. It definitely makes me want to shop elsewhere because it seems like a scam to get people in the door in hopes that they give up looking for the coupons.
8. Sucks you aren't able to give more details on substitutions but I guess they want it as simple as possible for the personal shopper.
9. I live in a zip code where delivery is not an option so I can't even set up a pick up without an address within the delivery area.
10. Then was told I had to take a refund for the items not delivered and wound up losing a lot of money because of the coupon I used.
11. After initially placing order received email confirmation & $1 bank charge.
