1. But I spent over an hour to register, choose items (and only after choosing something, you find unavailable!), then trying both pickup and delivery, even at two different Randall stores, NOTHING available for the entire upcoming week.

3. They clearly are clueless to the fact that they have competition!Cannot schedule ANY pickup or delivery! (as of week of March 22, 2020, corona virus issue.
4. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I spent an HOUR trying to add their app to my phone.
5. They have great deals and coupons.I can only find delivery and pick up not in store app.
6. Rejected 3 emails 3 times each "Password doesn't match", tried to create an account, it was blocked! I'm DONE! I have spent my last dime in their stores.
7. Making a list on my computer doesn't come up on my phone.Excellent shopping service.
8. Pretty convenient for them to shop, bag and bring to your curbside pickup for $4 (or deliver for $14)Great time saver.
9. I could not tell how to order by the pound (if you choose 3 does that mean 3 onions or 3 lbs of onions? and their calculation for price did not show accurately for by the pound.
10. Clicking on weekly ad does not bring up add to list I must search.
11. I understand our public health emergency, but they should post up front that you are wasting your time.
