1. Not sure how they update availability but since you can reserve a time at the begining of filling your cart, it's probably jammed up with 'reserved' pick up times for orders that are never actually placed.The app doesn't show you when you are placing an order if an item is out of stock or unavailable.
2. But that being said I am very thankful For home deliveries when I'm not able to travel.This is a wonderful app!🎊😃...It's helpful and convenient!! I just have an issue with the fact that it doesn't show your cost after your JUST4U or coupon savings.
3. Also on some items the package quantity doesn't show and one can't zoom in on the picture to tell.Great selection, prompt service and friendly delivery drivers.
4. I would appreciate it if you could fix this bug because although its not a difficult fix on my part, it's just annoying to have to repeat this process each time I want to order groceries.
5. Once I got a person they were very helpful, but the chat function is barely functional.Overall this app is pretty good and makes ordering groceries very convenient.
6. I realized the challenges involved but it would be nice instead of just replacing it with whatever they wanted to be able to communicate with the person ordering and giving options.
7. I was only charged for what I actually took home but it would have been nice to have known that half of what I wanted to order wasn't available.
8. I also like that items that are not available at the time of ordering don't show up in the searches.
9. It's always been a little buggy; whenever I would navigate away from the app and come back, it would say it had lost connection to the internet (no other apps do this on my phone), and the contact us chat is not intuitive.
10. I sat in the parking lot of my local store listening to a book on tape for 4+ hours and only one car came through to pick up groceries.
11. I like the option for text and email notifications so I know when the order is ready and what was substituted before I head to the store.
