1. My shipment has not been shipped yet and pending.Worst shopping app ever😠!!! Ordered summer item's in early August & eventually recieved them end of October!! Recieved my SUMMER sandles😠🤦! No contact, terrible customer service, in fact NONE At all!!! Wished I'd never ordered anything.. Most stressful 2 months😵.. For a couple of bagains that I've now seen cheaper else where🤷! They updated the app just as I'd eventually recieved my item's🙄, lot's more information now.. But I'm never chancing it again!! WARNING ⚠️☢️!!Good service.

2. Search elsewhere for the same product and really ask yourself if you need it, or it's just on your list because you think its a good offer, at the time.. Search items that you are looking for, instead of going through the list of products on the site.It said I had coupons worth £11, for some reason this wasnt applied at the checkout and they took my money.

3. The app says Ive been given a refund for one item which is a complete lie and I have statements to prove I haven't recieved anything! Meanwhile the other item has been in shipping for almost 3 months now.

4. Other items to buy are good but just be careful not to get caught in buying lots of things, all in one purchase.

5. It's been a week with no luck on getting items I ordered or my money back.

6. Other than that the stuff looks alright, not sure about the quality as I haven't ordered.More expensive than other sites for make - up, be warned!!.

7. Satisfied with the items that I receivedI ordered several cute things that I really wanted for myself.

8. I would not recommend anyone buying from them.When I first ordered my items my bank froze my card.

9. Only downside is sometimes the material might be aI got charged for items they canceled but still charged me for and now I can't get in contact with anyone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CloudMall Issues

1. Fix CloudMall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CloudMall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CloudMall App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CloudMall" » Open CloudMall » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CloudMall » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CloudMall app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CloudMall servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CloudMall" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CloudMall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CloudMall might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CloudMall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CloudMall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CloudMall not working


2. Fix CloudMall Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CloudMall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CloudMall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CloudMall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have ordered items worth more than 200 euro on March 13 , 2021. As per the update on the website as well from the email , the order is confirmed and showing that the items are shipped and it is in transit. But when I contacted the customer service through messenger , they told that the order is confirmed . But due to technical bugs in their system they are not able to find the order number and they are checking on it which may need one to two weeks for identifying the issue. I don't think this website and legal and wanted to stop this site as soon as possible. I have read the same issue reported by other customers also. I wanted to get my order before April 13 or my refund has to get before April 13 ( one month after ordering )
