1. It randomly freezes, will suddenly log you out and make you log back in and start back on the home screen, takes forever to load each new screen, except the ads, they always load just fine AND the app and website NEVER SYNC so when one is malfunctioning you can't use the other to continue making a pickup order without items in your cart being messed up.
2. And I don't appreciate weird things popping up when I search for one item and I have to go through 10 different items that are ads.I have to go an extra 5 miles to another Fry's to pick up water because the app at my location shows unavailable.
3. so NEVER use both to place an order, I ended up paid $100 extra for items I had removed from my cart before checkout.Too busy, too much stuff, difficult to find what I want and wind up in the wrong place.
4. I create my list only to find half of it in the "cart." The keyboard in the search function disappears after the first letter is typed.
5. Navigating the app, with how much it freezes and lags, is far too time consuming, especially if I'm trying to pull up a coupon I missed while I'm in the store.
6. My dad cannot figure out digital coupons at all so I have to log in as him to load them for him.
7. Maybe that's to be expected... It's also frustrating that they can't notify shoppers ahead if an item is completely out of stock - that would be an amazing added feature.Slow and buggy Very slow at times.
8. The app goes offline frequently and the customer service people cannot help restore it.
9. This means you have to order again, and pay a delivery fee again, to get what you tried to order in the first place.
10. You see the water when you walk in the store but still, the app shows item unavailable.
11. You cannot change the store location within the list.
