Why should I report an Issue with Presto Pizza?

1. No estimated delivery times, no estimated time left, map (or something) seems to try to load on an ongoing order page, but never really loads anything... Saves cards with a 0 payment, some card issuers don't allow that kind of transaction, does not give option to just send an order and pay an actual amount, from new card and save it.The app is very accurate.

2. Add a "back to top" button in every menu (mobile app rule of thumb) and a function to automatically send user to order status screen after placing the order/making the payment.

3. tried to create an account again, it said I already created it 🙄 Tried to place the order again, I git to the point where I write de address, but coulddnt save it, the button wouldn't respond.

4. Somewhat bad design... But that's on de product owner and qa... could not create an account from the login screen (after I added a product to my cart) that is just sloppy work... Basic design and Quality Assurance...The app has become unusable with this version.

5. Please fix it.It's loading very slowly and the app doesn't tell you the estimated time before you order the food.

6. There was no buton to create a new account from the place order screen.

7. The order feedback came as a pop-up, when clicked it didn't open a feedback form.Impossible to place an order.

8. Restarting the app doesn't help, so the app has become useless.Great app with a varied menu and lots of order customization options.

9. It opens the feedback screen for the last delivery with a loading icon on top of it, and you cannot exit from that screen.

10. The app remembers my delivery adress and all my data so that I can order fast and easy every time.

11. Random errors popping up, and right now the screen is stuck in loading after trying to set my address.

1. Fix Presto Pizza Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Presto Pizza: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Presto Pizza App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Presto Pizza" » Open Presto Pizza » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Presto Pizza » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Presto Pizza app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Presto Pizza servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Presto Pizza" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Presto Pizza app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Presto Pizza might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Presto Pizza. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Presto Pizza then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Presto Pizza not working

2. Fix Presto Pizza Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Presto Pizza be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Presto Pizza not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Presto Pizza may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
