1. There's no easy way to solve issues with M.L.The application is really good To make small orders for example toys, board games, clothes, small furniture... Because if you ask for something expensive there is a certain probability of problems with the purchaseWorse app ever, once they refund me back i will delete my account forever, They charged me for nothing, I was about to buy a product an error appeared that I cant make the payment, but they charged me lol why I am being charged if I couldn't make the payment?This is the fourth time the app log out me just because.
2. Whats going on here? I don't have to show my INE when I'm going to buy groceries, so why do I have to show it just to enter to my account?Each day there's no more places to choose where i can pick up my package 📦, this is completely nonsense because your team must improve a way to deliver our products in a good way.
3. Now they have frozen my account with no warning and won't allow me back in (I need to return items) unless I provide the most intrusive photos, selfies, personal documents... for SHOPPING! Unbelievable!The website is very buggy.
4. By now I'm gonna be on Amazon I'm still using Mercado Pago, but Mercado Libre now is absolutely a scam.App crashes after selecting my user account or phone nr or ID.
5. Amazon is way better, use friendly and if needed, able to speak to a live person in customer service and get help.Mostly, you're really shopping in China.
6. If I'm in a restaurant and I want to pay by Mercado Pago, I have to put my INE, my face, my data AGAIN even if I had already my loggin, just because your app decided to log me out.

8. I have had so many experiences recently where they have made errors and I have had to pay, or of buying what turned out to be useless junk and them not allowing me to return it, my list goes on.
9. Why do you need me to authenticate with my face on top of that? You guys realize you're not the only option for buying online, right? You're just the most annoying.
10. Entered correct and updated cell# and app changed it back to an old number once the order was placed.
11. The correct address was verified on the receipt only for the system to change it to an old address when it was actually shipped.
