I SAW IT FIRST Customer Insights

1. 🙄🙄I like this shop and their clothes, they have a good range of sizes for plus sizes and some good offers on regularly, but the app is a bit glitchy, when I click onto an item sometimes it loads the page repeatedly over and over so I can see the item but not click to buy or select a size and the page just flickers on and on I have a video screen recording of what happens but can't see anywhere to upload it with this review.Doesn't work properly.

2. Impossible to find anything on there: I have to search using the website and then when I've found what I want I have to search the exact name for product in the app.

3. 2* given because clothes/shoes are actually nice.I haven't used it since it was updated so perhaps it's more usable now, but the screen flickers on and off of what you click on and sometimes won't let you click on it at all.

4. I can open it, go to the men's part & browse through it with no problem but when I select an item to open and see the details etc, it keeps reloading every second.

5. The pictures are tiny and for each product it doesn't show you colour options like on the website.

6. Can't filter normal items by all sizes.. For example plus size is only upto 18?! When clearly the sizes are much higher.

7. The only way to add anything to basket is with quick add which isn't helpful when you want to see the other photos of the item you're looking to buy.

8. There's no way of narrowing down sizing, colour, product type (like skirt length) This would be brilliant as I'd shop more regularly.

9. Whenever I go to view a product, the page gets stuck in (what appears to be) a refresh loop.

10. Everytime I click on an item, it continuously reloads the item.

11. Can't search for items normally-shows a list with tiny pics.
