1. It would also be a good thing that if I was looking at an item and it stated low on stock.to.be able.to.see.similars items and allow me to pick an option just in case by the time my order is pulled if something isn't available I could get the product I like.

2. Definitely not a fan of this update.I've used this app a few times and while I enjoy the perks of being able to start a list and also order my groceries online, i feel like my items don't get saved.

3. Terrible & frustrating; I find the app almost useless compared to earlier versions.I used to really love this app, but they recently got rid of the Regulars list option, so now populating my shopping list is kind of a nightmare in comparison.

4. With Regulars, I could keep a list of all the things I usually buy, and just add what I need to my shopping list from there.

7. Good app!Edit 3/24/23: The app appears to have been updated and the keyboard is now working properly - thank you! FYI, I have still always had minor annoying problems with it logging me out for no reason while using it, and the cart totally refreshing while I'm trying to scroll it.

8. Every single time you search something you must manually choose to only show items available in store.

9. Rinse and repeat for a whole shopping list and suddenly Walmart looks a heck of a lot more enticing.

10. -- Removing/checking items from the shopping list is a pain.

11. I will add stuff to my list or order and when i go to see what all i got, some things aren't added.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dillons Issues

1. Fix Dillons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dillons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dillons App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dillons" » Open Dillons » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dillons » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dillons app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dillons servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dillons" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dillons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dillons might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dillons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dillons then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dillons not working


2. Fix Dillons Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dillons be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dillons not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dillons may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
