2. Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Just Energy app.
3. View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history.
4. View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile.
5. Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Just Energy bill is ready.
6. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.
7. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.
8. Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card.
9. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.
10. Must be a current Just Energy customer with a Texas service address.
11. To get started, download the app and sign in with your "My Just Energy" username and password.
