1. They need to understand it's not a food delivery service, it's an investment platform and all series investor like Web.No implementation even after a month... Hello Paytm Team, Please bring back the previous version features like Welcome Back/ user name and Moneyverse & Hide button at top right side corner of the launch screen.

2. My problem is with the slow app updates, for example, other brokers has already started option trading in sensex and bankex since launch, still these options chaines are not added in F&O tab whereas other brokers like zerodha has closed the first expiry today.

3. The application was well developed and I used to enjoy my journey but I have one problem which is not listed in your customer support options as well i.e. external portfolio not getting updated nor an option to remove it.

4. So optimise it for phone.. very sad.. and disappointing app.. better tell your developers to download and use groww app.. their user interface is simple and fast.. ultra fast..I have replaced the 5 star I had given them in 2020 with 1 star now.

5. I hope you add the option to update the external portfolio.Sorry to say but.. let me say the interface is too difficult.. and buying and selling options are very complicated.

6. No response even after months...Inspit of being one of the biggest companies theres no option to speak to someone over the phone.

7. After adding money, goes to watchlist and not dashboard or where it was earlier.I have been using this app since 2020 for all my investments and trading purposes.

8. However, it wastes space at many places, doesn't allow customization, requires multiple click and drill down to see more details about stock, holdings, orders etc.

9. Very sluggish app.. make the app little light.. remember we are using the app in a phone.. not in a laptop.. phone is having small screen.

10. Please confirm by when these app updates will be pushed?Confusing UI.The same options are available on the homepage as well as separate tabs .

1. Fix Paytm Money Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paytm Money: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paytm Money App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paytm Money" » Open Paytm Money: Stocks, MF, IPO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paytm Money » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paytm Money: Stocks, MF, IPO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paytm Money servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paytm Money: Stocks, MF, IPO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paytm Money app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paytm Money might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paytm Money. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paytm Money then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paytm Money not working

2. Fix Paytm Money Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paytm Money be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paytm Money not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paytm Money may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
