1. Similarly in the new app you get more features but important stuffs like folio number, mandate ID are missing & that one isn't as user friendly & visually appealing like this old version.Im still using this old version because of its simplicity easy to use interface...what a trader needs easy to punch..chart, order easily, see things easily... more complicated things are not required...if it's Possible to add stuff like gtt then it will add more value.Irritate with refer earn program.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Upstox Old Issues

1. Fix Upstox Old Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Upstox Old: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Upstox Old App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Upstox Old" » Open Upstox Old - Stocks, MF & IPOs » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Upstox Old » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Upstox Old - Stocks, MF & IPOs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Upstox Old servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Upstox Old - Stocks, MF & IPOs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Upstox Old app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Upstox Old might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Upstox Old. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Upstox Old then reinstall.
