1. The ability to "borrow" up to a couple hundred bucks and pay it back on payday on my main banking app helps me immensely.So far so good, I really like the disposable virtual card option this app has.

3. From the start I knew the app did not offer a savings account, but I didn't realize how essential it was in my lifestyle.

4. I've done everything on my part as far as resetting my phone, uninstalling then reinstalling and i'm still running into issues trying to load my account on the app.

5. There are four different types of packages and they should label them via color to specify each one, not change the UI.I really love the app and the bank is pretty good also.

1. Fix OXYGEN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OXYGEN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OXYGEN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OXYGEN" » Open OXYGEN: Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OXYGEN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OXYGEN: Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OXYGEN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OXYGEN: Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OXYGEN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OXYGEN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OXYGEN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OXYGEN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OXYGEN not working

2. Fix OXYGEN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OXYGEN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OXYGEN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OXYGEN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
