1. If im in a hurry and need someone to transfer me inventory, it will time out before I can get the message open, if it will show up in my inbox at all.App has been constantly crashing and freezing on my Samsung A40 phone.

2. At the time of writing the review actually unusable for 3 days now and I have to go directly to the websites I need.Doesn't load messages.

3. if the app has been open longer than a half an hour on my phone and I try to scroll through a work order then try and tap on anyting it's snaps back up to the top of the work order.

4. Don't plug your phone in your car because it logs you out and gives you a http error 404, you then need to restart the app.

5. It constantly logs me out, capturing customer signatures is incredibly glitchy, it insists on tracking my location which kills my battery life, and I have had to reinstall it twice in one week to be able to capture signatures and access account notes.

6. Everything ran smoothly on my chrome browser before I was forced to migrate to this terribly broken and glitchy app.Just another work related app that is developed by people who never have to experience using it themselves out in the field.

7. Will give me a notification every time I open the app that I have an unread message but it would be from days ago because messages won't load.

8. I'm having to restart my phone and uninstall and install the app from time to time.

9. This makes it impossible to open up a trouble call history or 2 highlight an address to open up in mapsI would give 0 stars if I could.

10. So annoying.I have issues every single day just to log in! and it takes so much time, i have to be removing the app and installing it up to reseting passwords due to multiple attepts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Oracle Field Service Issues

1. Fix Oracle Field Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  4. Check Oracle Field Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oracle Field Service might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Oracle Field Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oracle Field Service then reinstall.
