1. Please help...Such a worst mobile app after creating the custom layouts with custom fields included in the detail page still it is not visible in the Aacount and Contact pages.Could not Install the app in Poco F1, This is a Special Case for My mobile only, others are useing seamlessly into their poco F1, Devloper Please Look into This.Really slow app! sometimes it stops working and dumb Loading never ends.Updation is too slow of any task .

2. But it will be good if we have all the features what we have in WebUI, like Mashup Content, Buttons,Actions and Links and diffrent icon for Diffrent custom objectUnable to install on my redmi note 8 pro.

3. Tried all the suggested methods like clearing cache, reboot, etc but still does not load on my mobile.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Oracle CX Cloud Issues

1. Fix Oracle CX Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Oracle CX Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Oracle CX Cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oracle CX Cloud" » Open Oracle CX Cloud Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oracle CX Cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Oracle CX Cloud Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oracle CX Cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oracle CX Cloud Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Oracle CX Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oracle CX Cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Oracle CX Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oracle CX Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oracle CX Cloud not working


2. Fix Oracle CX Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oracle CX Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oracle CX Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oracle CX Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
