GlobalTA Cloud Customer Insights

1. Time wasting app.Please fix check in/out error.Need to press 3 times in order to success.This is not good for daily use.ThanksOnly suitable for office workers.

2. This application doesn't show the current location in time.So, I have to spend time to check in and check out, which is completely inconvenient.Very useful and powerful app ❤️❤️Global TA software is easy to use except that it takes a while to get started.

3. It was very convenient when we using the Global TA Cloud with more than 700 employees.error after take cameraOur people from office can't download playslip.About 50 employee are used the app for nearly 3 months.

4. This application is very slow.When you are starting check in, this app is so crashed and loading.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GlobalTA Cloud Issues

1. Fix GlobalTA Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GlobalTA Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GlobalTA Cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GlobalTA Cloud" » Open GlobalTA Cloud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GlobalTA Cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GlobalTA Cloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GlobalTA Cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GlobalTA Cloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GlobalTA Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GlobalTA Cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GlobalTA Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GlobalTA Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GlobalTA Cloud not working


2. Fix GlobalTA Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GlobalTA Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GlobalTA Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GlobalTA Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
