Was hoping to utilize this for a corporate solution since Microsoft refuses to implement basic things like notifications on subfolders.Inconsistent display, sometimes mails are displayed in 0 font size and next day displays normally.If you configure Azure- or SCCM mobile policy correct, then this app works realy good.

2. Really a shame it only supports the old ActiveSync instead of modern authentication! I'd really like to use it, but in cloud-based modern work environment ActiveSync has been in secure and legacy for a while already...Doesnt work with Exchange on premises.

3. Facing issues as i need to nanually sync at timesApp Ui is not good and after installing this app it's asking to keep phone password or pin it's not supported for patternNine for MS Intune works perfectly.

4. Nine Work for Android Enterprise doesnt detect policies pushed by Intune.

5. Huge shame when the main Nine app is way better than Outlook.

1. Fix Nine Work Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nine Work: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nine Work App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nine Work" » Open Nine Work for Intune » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nine Work » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nine Work for Intune app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nine Work servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nine Work for Intune" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nine Work app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nine Work might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nine Work. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nine Work then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nine Work not working

2. Fix Nine Work Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nine Work be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nine Work not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nine Work may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
