After playing around with it more, it seems to Start in the Inbox, but if I click into a mail item and hit the 'back' button - it defaults me to All Mail? It doesn't seem to go back to where I clicked into the email consistently.

It's also having problems with Samsung'w OneUI 4 and 5.Is great, BB Hub replacement👍Has a lot of options and themes settings to make it yours, the look you want.I wish a couple of things that hopefully can be setup for the future... an option to ask... do you also want to delete the email from the server?That way I don't need to do that from the trash folder.

3. Original: The default view in the settings doesn't seem to work for me? I have it set to Inbox, but every time I come to the app, it defaults me to All Mail?I've been using this app for a few years now and have had no complaints.

4. Another thing, an easy to view indicator that the email is being sent, and then a checkmark,done indicator.I would like to know the purpose of the Peak on sync menu./1year no updates :( pleaseI must have tried a dozen or so email apps and each one had at least one deal breaker.

11. However, lately my emails have been taking anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to arrive even with push set up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nine Issues

1. Fix Nine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nine App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nine" » Open Nine - Email & Calendar » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nine » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nine - Email & Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nine servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nine - Email & Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nine might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nine then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nine not working


2. Fix Nine Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nine be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nine not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nine may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
