1. This is on a Note 10+.Very bad quality of zoom...😫😠 It's not upto the mark... Zoom is bad... Need to update zoom... The worst online app 😫😠 It's waste of using it... Suddenly it starts some other App ,goes off goes back to the meeting again and I missed important because of zoom.😑 when something is going important..After recent update , unable to drag (zoomed window) when viewing screen shareThis app is not good for me.

Also, the screen seems to 'zoom out' - I can't see leave meeting option till I press home button and re-enter the appI'm trying to download this app for important buisness purposes as I was encouraged to do so and I've been now trying to download this app for about 2 hours now, and It wont download for nothing!! My data / wifi is perfect and ready to get the job done.

3. If you install this app, any kind of your work(important work) is not done.Zoom calls don't disconnect even after ending and it keeps showing in the notification.

1. Fix Zoom Workplace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoom Workplace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoom Workplace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoom Workplace" » Open Zoom Workplace for Intune » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoom Workplace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoom Workplace for Intune app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoom Workplace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoom Workplace for Intune" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoom Workplace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoom Workplace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoom Workplace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoom Workplace then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoom Workplace not working

2. Fix Zoom Workplace Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoom Workplace be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoom Workplace not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoom Workplace may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
