1. I called my agent and he told me I can send the money on Deep Blue to my NetSpend card from last year, my bank account, remove card money at my bank and deposit to account, or my CashApp.
2. Well my husband and I can't get into our account!!! It keeps saying that the username and password are wrong!! And it's almost frustrating enough to never use Deepblue debit ever again!!! It's ridiculous really!!! Like most people....we really don't have time to try to get our info when we need it, especially if we keep going through the same challenges EVERY SINGLE TIMESadly to saynot very impressed.
3. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!I am a current user of this bank, it's pretty good, but the app, constantly has issues loading, when I get to go into the savings transfer menu it just takes me right back to the home page.
4. Y'all to fix thisTerrible, they charge a monthly fee for having a debit card, you can only transfer 300 dolars at a time, you can not use out of the country just simply don't get.
5. Don't see the reason for the new card when NetSpend card has relatively or few issues.Terrible!!! It's part of Netspend which is the very worst!!! You can't get through to anyone and when you do they are not helpful nor do they effer offer any solutions.
6. Once I get past the login screen it just keeps loading with the blue circle spinning and I have to use my browser and go to the actual website.Worst ever.
7. Never again.horrible experience with this card (I had the card for 10 days) I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it negative stars.
8. Can't move it to Savings, or Bank Transfer.
9. First transfer was 300, now it is allowing me to transfer 198.05. Again avoid deepblueApp wont work.
10. Trying to move some money since 2 days.
11. If you signed up for the Alerts, you'll get a message you have received your money.
