1. Fix that, continue to make fluidity improvements to the user experience overall, and continue to work on neat features, and I'll gladly continue to use this for all my business account needs!I enjoy most of the features and as long as I don't need to contact support, everything's fine.
2. You can send money from Cash App to a business account.Been great for the most part so far - I kind of wish invoicing had additional payment options for cash (just so you have a record of it) or PayPal where they can just click a button and pay.
3. I'd be fine if it took extra time for human verification, or if I had to even mail the check to Novo, but they give no other options.Works great for my security deposit trusts.
4. They are making improvements and adding features on a regular basis.Awesome bank! I love the app too! Very intuitive and I like the features! The only thing is I wish the debit card would have send faster, so I could use the discounts on the services Novo connects with.
5. Currently, after tapping 'done' on the confirmation screen there is no other indication that the deposit has been made in the app...Reserves option is a great way to see what you're putting aside for future taxes, work vehicle maintenance, etc.
6. For example, after completing a mobile check deposit it would be more intuitive to not only display a success confirmation to the user but to also list the transaction on the activity tab and mark that transaction as 'pending'.
7. You cannot use mobile deposit right away- only once you've had the account for a while and done a certain number of transactions that total a certain amount of $.
8. Haven't had a major issue until now and there doesnt seem to be any other way to deposit the check.
9. Please fix this as it's annoying and time consuming trying to deposit one check.
10. However, I've now started running into an issue where the app won't let me deposit a check: it keeps saying error and keeps asking me to retake the pictures.
11. I'll log back in using fingerprint and I receive a message "you have been logged out" which then prompts me to use my username and password again, which can be time consuming.
Please Delete my account/data I'm no longer interested in operating a business or personal account with NOVO.
