1. I am looking forward to streamlined scheduling, invoicing and work flow.This app is changing the game!! Interface takes some time getting used but that's because the ridiculous amount of services it offers! Great price, staff always ready to assist me when needed.

2. Works great for just billing but if you're trying to do any sort of tracking of how you actually make your money it does not work.. The integration with QuickBooks puts it into one item paint, dents ,tint and so on.. You would think as a software company that the options that they have available to choose from would also allow you to integrate those into QuickBooks.

3. The app was plagued with Android compatibility issues and a couple of estimates and invoices failed to save and therefore some work was lost, as well as money, in the process (perhaps it was user error as I may have failed to back out of the app and was apparently running an old version).

4. They are adding staff members all the time and do listen to suggestions made by customers.I love this app! I originally started a car detailing gig and used mobile tech RX for a few months.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Tech RX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile Tech RX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Tech RX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
