1. This is no way comparable with other top trading platforms.New version of App does not have features like Portfolio and its options like old option, old App version of Edelweiss was very good and user friendly, nuvama is updating app frequently but no use, lot of filter options are missing hence no visibility of stocks, they need to bring back old app features or slowly need to shift to other broking agency.Very bad application.

2. I have never seen this type of servise.The experience is good while using this app..But from last 2 days news are not getting populated which earlier was enable for each individual script.. It will be good if you restore the news populate feature under each script.Hi, when I add funds to account, money is deducted in the bank but funds are not getting added instantly.

3. Had there been an option of zero stars, I would have loved to award it to nuvamaI am constantly having difficulty opening the app.

4. After sending physical form, now they have com up with another error they have made while opening the account.

5. Raised issue with Nuvama, they are unable to resolve issue, instead they are app is working fine, which is helpless.

6. Customer care number is only for opening new ac, marketing and trading.

7. After having made several requests they asked me to send physical form for the correction.

8. Get your act together quickly and reduce our frustration.The app is non-intutive with no proper dashboard, content and very difficult to navigate to find relevant opinions in the menu.

9. You cannot raise a query through Customer care number.

10. Thinking to close my account if app behavior is not changed.Unnecessary experiments with the app time and again.

1. Fix Nuvama Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nuvama: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nuvama App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nuvama" » Open Nuvama: Invest in Stock Market » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nuvama » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nuvama: Invest in Stock Market app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nuvama servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nuvama: Invest in Stock Market" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nuvama app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nuvama might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nuvama. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nuvama then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nuvama not working

2. Fix Nuvama Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nuvama be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nuvama not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nuvama may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
