Why should I report an Issue with Saldo: Mileage Tracker?

1. I had to guess my miles, happy I spent so much money for this dumb app.This app is a joke I thought it was gonna keep track of my milage and I need it too do just that, i it will go for six seven miles and then it says trips finished even though I still got a lot farther to go and on top of it I really needed to keep track of this for me and now I've wasted all this time thinking it was going to work and it didn't after 6 or 7 trips it also started to not let me classify my trips and wanted me to pay which I would if it didn't glitch out right off the flip.App does not work as described.

2. I reviewed this last year because I broke my phone and none of the miles transferred when I transferred my files and apps.

3. When I reinstalled milage tracker on my new phone I was very disappointed to see it didn't back up my miles at all so I lost all my business miles for 2021.

4. Going to have to look into other apps.I like it a lot but the only gripe I really have is that I broke my display on my phone and my charging port was bad so I couldnt transfer any of my apps or anything.

6. Not worth the headacheFinally a basic mileage tracker that doesn't immediately ask you to create an unnecessary account! Not yet entirely sure what the limits of the free version are yet.

7. It would also be nice if you can choose to turn off the auto tracking and enable it yourself as half the time it doesn't track.

8. If you can't know that you will have your business miles at tax time it's complete rubbish.

9. It started good then it just stops in the middle of trips and finishes the trip, very anyoning.

1. Fix Saldo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Saldo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Saldo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Saldo" » Open Saldo: Mileage Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Saldo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Saldo: Mileage Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Saldo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Saldo: Mileage Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Saldo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Saldo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Saldo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Saldo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Saldo not working

2. Fix Saldo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Saldo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Saldo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Saldo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
