1. One hitch the System had trouble recognizing myself and works not let me pay the first three trys so I waited a few days and all went well so or all came out good.It keeps asking for a 2 factor authentication but it doesn't send me a token to either my phone number or my email.

1. Fix El Paso Electric Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart El Paso Electric: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the El Paso Electric App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "El Paso Electric" » Open El Paso Electric » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for El Paso Electric » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear El Paso Electric app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from El Paso Electric servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "El Paso Electric" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check El Paso Electric app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, El Paso Electric might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall El Paso Electric. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall El Paso Electric then reinstall.
