1. One hitch the System had trouble recognizing myself and works not let me pay the first three trys so I waited a few days and all went well so or all came out good.It keeps asking for a 2 factor authentication but it doesn't send me a token to either my phone number or my email.
2. If you want to hire a competent IT company, visit guavalabs.io and get your IT situation under control.I have tried numerous times to contact customer service (at least 10 times via email and via phone), because I receive a message that I am locked out.
3. When making a payment, you enter card number and app doesn't let you review your payment or submit it.
4. I have been trying to set up automatic payments for over a year now and still cannot complete any form without either nothing happening, or getting some kind of error or the application crashing.
5. ~ as stated by another, everything went smoothly (then) when inputting the account information, it says account doesn't exist.
6. My card was charged 3 times.Almost scammy, when paying your bill it will not show you whether it went through or not.
7. The scammy part is that when you call them for a refund, instead of putting your money back in your card you'll have to wait 2 weeks for a check in the mail.
8. This app is completely useless and I am very upset with you guys who are unable to facilitste this customer process.~ since this app (just launched) I'm going to be fair and understand that some issues may arise from it.
9. As soon as you enter card number it accepts the card and payment is automatically taken.
10. They need to hire some software developers that actually know what they are doing.Every single el paso electric app and website i try to log into wont let me.
11. The instructions are complete nonsense, because I still can't log in after password change, you guys supposedly unlocking my account, changing browser, etc.
