1. Love it.Really beautiful and smooth running interface, simple but effective design for functionality as well! Also they have LIFETIME PREMIUM now, great to see hope the company and customers benefit!!starts off great, and then goes downhill fast .... cant delete anything ... swipe left delete and boom, still there, only way to delete anything is reset everything.

2. The main feature that makes this app work for me was where does my money go (seemingly coffee!), however this is only available in the paid for version (£22 a year or £3 odd a month at time of review).

5. The fact that they simplified and cut off uncessarily steps make it better than other finance apps out there.This not linked to the bank account, so everything is manually inputted but I felt more secure.

6. not a very intelligent app if you cant delete duplications... oh and shame there isn't a paid option, tick or colour code.

1. Fix MoneyHero Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MoneyHero: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MoneyHero App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoneyHero" » Open MoneyHero - Save money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoneyHero » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MoneyHero - Save money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoneyHero servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoneyHero - Save money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MoneyHero app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoneyHero might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MoneyHero. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoneyHero then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoneyHero not working

2. Fix MoneyHero Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoneyHero be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoneyHero not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoneyHero may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
