1. You need to look for options (many clicks away) where it could be made more simpler like tradinal banking apps.Terrible service and support! Even though I pay for the Metal plan I have multiple problems with transfers from Europe to Brazil.

2. I would be a bit happier if I could turn on an approval on payment option for few cards, like subscriptions and such that I would had to approve each time in Revolut when they ask for payment.This app has good intentions but is useless when it won't even open on my phone.

1. Fix Revolut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Revolut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Revolut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Revolut" » Open Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Revolut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Revolut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Revolut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Revolut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Revolut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Revolut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Revolut not working

2. Fix Revolut Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Revolut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Revolut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Revolut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
