3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. We are on a budget and very seldom do I like to pay for extra things but this is definitely worth it!It works very well! The grayscale setting makes text especially sharp.

2. In the desktop you can edit text but the text box is per line instead of per paragraph which makes it really hard to edit large pdf files.

3. Besides a few glitches, I like the new app!Usually I don't do very well with computer programs, however this makes electronic singing, initialing, etc so easy! You can save multiple signatures and initials plus many other features and have them ready to go with the tap of the finger.

4. You should just give people the option to hit a button to cancel a trial, not email you.Don't fall for the low ratings on this app by certain users that don't know how to cancel out of the prompt to buy the full version.

5. The app worked well for the one instance I used it for however it was certainly not worth 27.99/year. For someone like me, who works 60-70 weeks and can barely keep my calendar of appointments straight, I had a feeling I was forgetting something.

6. This is an example of the bad way.** Ads take up precious screen space, and too many annoying pop-ups.I was very upset when I couldn't interact with PDF Extra the way I was used to with PDF Quick Scanner.

7. So far, looks like all the basic functionality is still there on the free version.I downloaded this for filling in pdf forms and it worked out ok, but not great.

9. I highly reccomend it to teachers, especially literature and creative writing teachers, but really to anyone who needs a user-friendly way to excerpt from books.I'm really mixed in my opinion of the company rather than the app itself.

10. If you want to OCR an existing pic, you must go through the camera UI (I hope this is improved in a future update), but once it is in PDF format, just convert it to a Word doc to OCR it (part of the conversion).

1. Fix MobiPDF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MobiPDF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MobiPDF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MobiPDF" » Open MobiPDF: PDF Editor & Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MobiPDF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MobiPDF: PDF Editor & Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MobiPDF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobiPDF: PDF Editor & Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MobiPDF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MobiPDF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MobiPDF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MobiPDF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MobiPDF not working

2. Fix MobiPDF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MobiPDF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MobiPDF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MobiPDF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
