You can get to the sign up and then it crash.Trying to make my schedule for work I have had to restart the app 4 times and I'm not even half way through the month I usually have to uninstall at least weekly then it may work good for a dayEasy to work to see what promotion are going on with the holidays coming it's good to have so I can show my customers the cell phones I have and the plans that the want without have to get on the store computer just get on my tablet and the company I work for is awesome GO T-ROC in every Walmart in electronics great Walmart priceEver since the last update, I've had to uninstall the app just to see my reported sales.

2. Super annoying and super not helpful.We should have the option to click or highlight the address so navigation is easier.Should go directly to the map app of your choice like Google Maquest etc.Gets the job done but always makes my forms disappear and I just had to uninstall and reinstall.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vision Issues

1. Fix Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vision App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vision" » Open Vision by Mobile Insight » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vision » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vision by Mobile Insight app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vision servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vision by Mobile Insight" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vision might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vision then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vision not working


2. Fix Vision Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
