1. Doesnt show anythingI am registering my email for sign up and it says verification sent to email but i get no verification email...It's a nice app where I can find different products with full details.I have installed 6 cameras and 1 TB DVR system of Hikvision on 22nd July,2019.

1. Fix Hikvision India Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hikvision India: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hikvision India App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hikvision India" » Open Hikvision India » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hikvision India » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hikvision India app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hikvision India servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hikvision India" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
