Driver Pulse Customer Insights

1. New email acct.plz help thx.Issues logging into my account with the latest version of the app, try contacting the developer through the provided email about the problem and the email address is outdated and returns a an nondelivery error.Everytime i enter my social it just sits there.

2. BUT, I have had to fill out my application EVERY time I apply for a carrier instead of the information being auto filled.

3. The only reason for the 2 stars is they were reliable in the past.The link is not working I put in everything correct and it keeps knocking me out telling me that make sure my information is correct it's the same information.

4. Gets old having to type in the dance information over and over when you apply to different companies.

5. But lately it's been having problems updating information.

6. You put your information into the system and it's supposed to allow prospective carriers to look at it.

7. All the information needs to be save once, with a way to edit when need.Not very happy with this app.

8. Now when I try to auto fill my applications, it refuses to proceed after putting in the correct code.

9. Several carriers have called me saying they need documents and tasks completed, BUT they are not showing up on the system.

10. When I make an edit to either my profile or application it sometimes will not update it on the profile, or it will update it, and not show it as updated as confusing as that may sound.

11. Recently there has been so many bugs I can't even submit proper documentation to employers or even find there contact info.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Driver Pulse Issues

1. Fix Driver Pulse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Driver Pulse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Driver Pulse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Driver Pulse" » Open Driver Pulse by Tenstreet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Driver Pulse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Driver Pulse by Tenstreet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Driver Pulse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Driver Pulse by Tenstreet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Driver Pulse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Driver Pulse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Driver Pulse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Driver Pulse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Driver Pulse not working


2. Fix Driver Pulse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Driver Pulse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Driver Pulse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Driver Pulse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have a lot of information stored in Driver Pulse. I cannot get access to a phone number that I had 220-219-8436 in the email TKC transferred Gmail is full so I’m unable to receive my code once I go to update can be updated. My new phone number is 6147323143 and the email that I need updated is omgprovies@gmail .com can you please be updated so that I can continue continue putting in my applications thank you

  • Any time I log into the app it says it cannot find company information. I indeed have 10+ companies I’m communicating with it was working yesterday but not today
